This is my Story

 I’ve always been on a voracious search for knowledge — reading whatever I could get my hands on, following my curiosity wherever it led. (You can check out my Goodreads list for a peek at the books that have shaped me — here.)

Along the way, I’ve worked closely with spiritual teachers, personal development leaders, coaches, therapists, mentors, and guides who have generously shared their wisdom and helped me see myself more clearly.

One of my greatest gifts is how my mind works — I see in patterns. I once heard someone say, “I have a knack for digesting a ton of material and making sense of all of it.” That describes me perfectly. Every piece of knowledge I’ve acquired is organized, shelved, and ready to be drawn on when needed.

What I love most is using that knowledge and insight to see deeply into a person — to help guide them toward their truest needs, and to support them in resolving what’s blocking their path.

It’s an absolute honor to do this work. Everyone deserves to feel free, whole, and resolved — to create and move through life the way they want to.
