CW Coaching Collective is a division of Christalyn Warner, Inc. We offer coaching, classes, and community experiences online and in person.

What we collect

• Contact info you provide in the opt-in form (name, email, phone)

• Booking and payment details (processed by PCI‑compliant third parties; we do not store full card numbers).

• Intake forms or questionnaires you choose to submit.

• Basic site analytics (pages visited, device type, approximate location).

How we use data

• To provide and personalize services, process payments, schedule sessions, and communicate with you.

• To send service updates, reminders, and [with your consent] marketing email/SMS messages (messaging data rates may apply).

• To improve our offerings and website.

SMS/text messaging

• When you complete an interest form, you will have the option of providing your phone number and to consent to receive service updates, booking confirmations, reminders, & promotional messaging.

• Your information is stored in our system and is not shared or sold.

• You may opt-out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP

• Messaging data rates may apply.

Legal bases (EU/UK)

• Consent, contract performance, legitimate interests, and compliance with law.

Sharing

• Service providers who help us operate (payment processors, scheduling, email platforms). They may only use your data to perform services for us.

• We do not sell your personal information, including phone numbers.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Data retention

• We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, our legal obligations, and accounting requirements.

Your choices

• Access, correct, or delete your data (subject to legal limits).

• Opt out of marketing emails.

• Opt into receive SMS messages pertaining to appointments, services, purchases, & marketing.

• Opt out of SMS messages (reply STOP)

• We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Children

• Our services are for adults 18+. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us to remove it.

International transfers

• If data is transferred internationally, we use lawful mechanisms (e.g., SCCs) and trusted vendors.
