Terms and Conditions

CW Coaching Collective is a division of Christalyn Warner, Inc., an S‑Corporation registered in Florida. We provide coaching, educational classes, and community experiences. Clients must be 18 years of age or older. We are not a psychotherapy or medical provider.

Working together:

Coaching and classes are educational, skills‑based, and forward‑focused. They are not a substitute for therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment.

You agree to take responsibility for your own wellbeing and seek appropriate medical or psychological support when needed.

For group containers and retreats, you agree to maintain confidentiality of other participants’ shares.

Scheduling, cancellations & refunds:

Discovery Calls: free; please cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance.

1:1 Sessions: cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before start time to avoid being charged. Late cancellations/no‑shows are billed in full.

Group Coaching Containers: your purchase reserves a seat in a limited‑size cohort. Refunds are available up to 7 days before the start date. After the start date, payments are non‑refundable and non‑transferable

Classes/Workshops: refundable up to 24 hours before class; non‑refundable thereafter

Retreats/Immersives: a non‑refundable deposit secures your spot. The remaining balance is refundable up to 30 days before the event. Within 30 days, payments are non‑refundable. Travel and lodging are your responsibility unless expressly stated.

If we cancel or reschedule, you can choose a new date or receive a refund for the affected service only.

Payments:

You authorize us (and our processors) to charge the payment method you provide for selected services and any late fees per the above policy.

Payment plans, if offered, require timely installments. Access may be paused for missed payments.

SMS Opt-In & Use:

When submitting a contact form, you will have an option to consent to receive transactional & promotional SMS messages from CW Coaching Collective related to your account, orders, or services requested. These messages may include appointment reminders, order confirmations, account notifications, special offers, discounts, and service updates among others. Message frequency may vary. Message & Data rates may apply. Carriers are not responsible for messages. You may reply STOP to opt-out at any time. You may reply HELP for support.

Community Standards

We maintain a respectful, inclusive environment. We may remove participants for disruptive or harmful behavior without refund.

You agree not to record sessions or share materials without written permission.

Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks (including RSI™), and materials are proprietary. You receive personal, non‑transferable use only.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service at issue.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by Florida law. Venue is Palm Beach County, Florida.
